You may cancel and get a full refund any time before: 30 days after the date of your purchase, 24 hours before the date of the first Group call, or 48 hours before the date of your personal session with JadeYin, whichever comes first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Your personal session must be used within 9 months from the date of purchase. Once scheduled, sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of the session. Missed sessions (no-shows) will not be rescheduled. A 5 minute grace period will be held for the call but after that grace period it will be considered a no-show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
JadeYin will make her best effort to record your personal session.
